Project Overview
Colin was involved in the Aqua Raffles development which consisted of a 24-storey hotel tower and 53-storey residential tower, overlooking the Corniche in Jeddah.
- The development is inspired by rich Arab heritage and luxury hotel contains 180 guestrooms, and 188 branded residences, as well as special wedding suites.
- Also offers a library, penthouse-level entertainment suite, a 1,200 square meter spa and fitness club, event and meeting facilities, and a 1,000 sqm ballroom overlooking the corniche.
- Involved in delivering the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, communications and the security design services for the development.
