Project Overview
Brian led the LDC team for this 18-hectare mixed use development is designed as a waterfront community that cultivates creativity through residential, hospitality, commercial and retail space.
- Led a team consisting of more than 15 consultants from concept to construction for Imkan’s first flagship development.
- Achieved Estidama 2 pearl rating and the team carried out an embodied Carbon study to derive structural solution and Microclimate studies to passive public realm areas.
- Coordinated the global delivery team with signature architect, BIG and MVDRV based in Copenhagen and Rotterdam respectively.
