Colin was involved in the design of three of the buildings within the Bollywood Theme Park at Dubai Parks and resorts development.

• Base build MEP services had to be developed in consideration of the specialist equipment and attraction provider requirements.
• Involved in delivering the mechanical, electrical, plumbing design for the base build services as well as the full fit out requirements.
• The use of BIM was instrumental in the coordination across the design teams to ensure that all MEP services where fully integrated with the ornate detailing of the interior design.
