Celestia Serviced Apartments

The Celestia Development is a 109,000sqm Hotel Serviced Apartments by Damac. The project is located in Dubai World Central and is part of the Dubai Expo 2020 overall master plan. The structure comprises 2B+G+7 floors. The basement sub structure is temporarily supported using anchored contiguous piles where required and the permanent sub structure is a traditional reinforced concrete retaining walls and slabs up to and including the ground floor slab. The super structure is currently designed as post tensioned in situ concrete flat slabs on columns. The Structural system provides an uninterrupted free ceiling space for MEP services and a very efficient floor to floor height is also achieved.
