Structural engineers collaborated directly with contractor Midgard to value-engineer and optimize the structural design, resulting in thinner slabs and the elimination of beams. The structural slab system employs lattice plank partial DfMA construction to enhance construction quality.

• Wind-tunnel testing was conducted to optimize the tower structure with respect to wind-induced accelerations.
• The structural design of the podium and towers was completed under an integrated delivery method, with engineers working directly for the design-build contractor, Midgard. They maintained design responsibility for the structural aspects throughout the entire design and construction period, ensuring a cohesive and efficient process.
