Project Overview
Brian led the LDC team for this is a high-end hospitality resort. This development will be the 1st NEOM development to open and showcase its sustainability and ecology ethos.
- The project utilised MMC construction methods in the form of modular construction. All elements of the project designed to be fabricated off site to overcome the logistical challenges and to protect the environment.
- The team delivered all 6 clusters through to concept design stage and then Brian led the team in taking clusters 1 and 2 through to completion.
- The project was designed to achieve a LEED and WELL platinum certification and multiple innovate design solutions .have been implemented across the site to reduce energy consumption.
