Forest Island Boulevard

Forest Island Boulevard is a new collection of more than 1000 affordable luxury homes with palatial designs and surrounded by lagoons. The residential properties offer units of varying styles and sizes. KPM developed the MEP design for the project, this included the design of the MEP services in the villas and the external services in the township. The external services were integrated into the earlier phase of the development.
