Biju Thomas has worked within the MEP engineering industry for over 24 years and has hands-on expertise in heading overall project activities right from the conceptualization stage to the execution and close-out in the areas of MEP design and supervision of commercial, residential and mixed used projects. He has led the design and delivery of very complexed mechanical systems, such as heating, ventilation, and air conditioning on very complex projects specializing in Office Buildings, Malls, Hospitals, Hotels and Data centres.
A true leader having in depth understanding of every aspect of building service has successfully designed low energy sustainable buildings that meet varied specialist requirements. He believes in leading from the front and is actively involved in every stage of the project from conceptualization to actualization.
